Complete kit includes wiring and headlamp switch, same os OE Some additional wiring must be done on some 2002 models. Main thing to check for is if the wiring plugs are in the front of the car. Look for a 2-wire plug on either side of the front of the car. They should be located some what near where the fog lights are to be mounted. If you see them, then your car is pre-wired for fog lights.
